Customization services – defining special detection rules

By extending the domain of intelligence from the pure camera-level to even the site-level and by accomplishing identity tracking we can define a plethora of different rules that can be detected automatically by the IDENTRACE system. This potential can be fully exploited if these rules are defined freely based on the needs of the actual situation.

For this reason the IDENTRACE team is ready to customize the existing access control rules – or even create completely new behavior analysis methods to recognize suspicious activities – that fit better the actual application environment. By being involved in the process of understanding the needs of the customers, we help interpreting these rules and translating them to the language of IDENTRACE.
